Marciano is an American upscale fashion brand. It is owned and operated by a luxury American-brand clothing line Guess named after Guess’s CEO Paul Marciano. Paul is a Jewish-American fashion designer and co-founder of Guess who was born in 1952 in Morocco but raised in Marseilles, France. He is the mastermind behind the Guess image with his sensual black-and-white advertisements.

Pinault-Printemps-Redote (PPR) is a French multinational holding company specializing in retail shops and luxury brands. François Pinault, a French businessman founded the company in 1963. After his retirement, PPR is now run by his son François-Henri Pinault. The holding company was originally called Pinault-Printemps-Redotebut changed its name to simply PPR in 2005.

Forever 21 is an American fast fashion clothing retailer offering fashion and accessories for young women and men. The retailer was founded in Los Angeles, California in 1984 by South Korean Dong-Won Chang and his wife, Jin Sook. Forever 21 opened his first store in Los Angeles 1984, which became increasingly popolar. Only five years later the fast fashion retailer opened its 11th store. Adding new stores every six months, Forever 21 had reached a total of 40 stores by 1997.

Primark is an Irish fast fashion retailer. The company positions itself as marketing fashionable clothing at competitive prices and operates a total of 198 stores, in Ireland, UK, Spain, Germany Netherlands, Portugal and Belgium. Primark’s success is based on sourcing supply cheaply, making clothes with simple designs and fabrics, only making them in the most popular sizes, buying stock in huge bulks and varieties and not advertising.

Robbie Myers is the editor-in-chief of the US edition of the fashion magazine ELLE since 2000. In 1997 Myers worked at Mirabella magazine as its head for two years before becoming editor-in-chief of Elle, a worldwide magazine which focus on women’s, beauty, health and entertainment.

Renzo Rosso is an Italian clothing manufacturer and was born on 15th September 1955 in Brugine, Italy. He is the founder and owner of the Diesel clothing company. Rosso attended an industrial textile manufacturing school and after graduating in 1975, he began making his own clothing.

A suit is a set of garments made from the same cloth, consisting of at least a jacket and trousers. Other types of suit still worn today are the dinner suit, part of black tie which arose as a lounging alternative to dress coats.
