    Tunic

    A tunic is a loose fitting simple shirt garment, typically made of cotton or linen that covers the upper body and reaches down to anywhere between hips and ankles and is worn by men and women. A tunic can have sleeves or be sleeveless. Tunics were first worn in ancient Greece and Rome, typically underneath a toga. They continued to be worn throughout history and have today been adapted for modern fashion, being produced in various fabrics, colors and designs, though predominantly in womenswear. Men in Africa and the Middle East also still wear tunics.

    T-Bar Shoulder

    A t-bar shoulder, also known as „off-the-shoulder“ is a shoulder used in womenswear that is characterized by the shoulder straps not resting between shoulder and neck but seemingly having been dropped to mid upper arm. Garments with a t-bar shoulder are considered sexy yet elegant, as they reveal the entire shoulder but typically show little cleavage.

    Trunk Hose

    “Hose” was the term in the Middle Ages through the 17th century for any kind of garment covering a man’s lower body or legs. Later these were called breeches and stockings and are referred to as pants today. The trunk hose was worn in the 16th and 17th century. It was a puffed voluminous pair of breeches that reached from the waist to mid-thigh and was worn over tights.

    Three Needle Bind Off Knitting

    Three needle bind off knitting is a technique used to bind off a finished knitted fabric. For this an additional knitting needle is required. The third needle is used to remove finished stitches from both knitting needles at the same time. Doing this, the edges of the removed fabric will be stitched together.
