The international luxury French fashion house Louis Vuitton Malletier – commonly referred to Louis Vuitton, or only LV – is specializing in leather goods, ready-to-wear, shoes, watches, jewelry, accessories, sunglasses and books. The letters LV are one of the world’s most recognized brands. It is a long time symbol of wealth and prestige, the company commands some of the highest prices in the international fashion market for its products. As of 2010, Jacobs remains the Creative Director for Louis Vuitton.
