Rah Rah Skirt
A rah rah skirt is a short, tiered, and often colorful skirt fashionable in the early-mid 80s. The words “rah rah” in front of the skirt is a reduplication of an abbreviation for “hurrah”, which is used as a synonym for “cheering”.
