    Trousers

    April 15th, 2013

A trouser aka pant is a clothing item made for the lower part of the body, covering both legs separately. They may vary in length and width, and details such as with or without cuffs but they all belong to the category pants. What started as a clothing item only for men in early times became also very popular for women since the mid-20th century when trousers became acceptable for business. Hollywood stars such as Marlene Dietrich and Katherine Hepburn already began to wear them in the 1930s.

    Marlen’s Trousers

    Januar 18th, 2011

Marlen’s trousers are trousers named after German Hollywood actress Marlene Dietrich, who was the first woman wearing pants in the 1930s. Although this was a scandal in the olden days the society named the trousers after her due to her self-confidence in wearing them. Until now those pants were recognized for its high and tinny waist-cut and its flagging cut at the thighs and ankles.
